Please Update Your Contact Details

I am setting up a special email list just for my clients.  This will give me a way to contact everyone in the event of an emergency or to let you know of anything important that effects everyone I work with… like days I will be out of this office or if I get sick.

At the same time I would like to update the contact information I have on file with you.

The following form will add you to the mailing list.  This list will not be used for anything other than company announcements.  Once you submit the form you will be directed to another page where I would really appreciate you entering your current mailing list and a little bit of other data which will help me make sure all my contact information for you is current.
